La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que las objeciones del actor no tenían el ánimo de desvirtuar los fundamentos de la providencia objeto de censura y, por ello, decidió NEGAR la súplica invocada.

- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en el presente auto, NEGAR el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Javier Domínguez Betancur en contra del auto del 4 de octubre de 2024 proferido por la magistrada Diana Fajardo Rivera, y por virtud del cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada contra el artículo 1 (parcial) de la Ley 1563 de 2012, "[p]or medio de la cual se expide el Estatuto de Arbitraje Nacional e Internacional y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Segundo. A través de la Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra ésta no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. Una vez se encuentre ejecutoriada la decisión adoptada en el presente auto, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-16170.
